Sir,
I have bought an Yamaha Ray ZR from above mentioned dealer but at the time of buying he told me that service will be done in his showroom after the period of month and did not give me with service manual and after the completion of time when i went to the showroom there was no facility of servicing and he ask me to go to solan for service purpose due to which i had to skip my first service with that even after a month the dealer have not provided me with my RC for the scooter. Kindly direct the dealer to provide me with my RC and Number as early as possible and bear the penalty for delay.
