My ditto Id is 9717647201 and I have subscribed ditto tv with a sum of Rs. 20 on 23/06/2016 but it is saying that no subscription has been activated.

I'm Aniket jain.. my id is-9820334257.. i have already paid 20 rs for ditto tv but the subscription is not yet started... And they are not replying to my mail or messages on facebook..i request you to take strict actions against them and repay my money soon.
