The board has not been delivering bills. I paid bill on May 2018 for the consumption from 17.02.2018 to 19.04.2018 (reading--25240 to 26291) for Rs 6694. Again I was made to pay bill on 18.07.2018 for Rs.8689 (bill not generated) ref. no. 36343683.
Now in Dec. 18 again I was made to pay on 25.12.2018 for Rs. 19607/- (again from 19.04.2018 to till date with the reading-from 26291 to 30694)
