Not finalizing my disconnection case, applied for disconnection of my electricity connection

Sir I have applied for disconnection of my electricity connection # CG 16 4828 to SDE City UHBVN Gohana on 04.10.2017 and on 20.11.2017 supply was disconnected and meter was taken away by the board employees. Unfortunately when I visited the office of se for final payment and NOC the JE told me that your meter may be tempered and we will send it to lab, I objected that they should have told us two days back when you have taken my meter, how can I be responsible of any tempering after two days. Any way they sent it to lab and I visited the lab on 04.12.2017 on receiving notice but the officer refused to open the meter as the procedure of sealing was not being adopted. From that date till today I have approach ed the sde and written to him a couple of times but the case of disconnection is still pending and UHBVN is sending bill to me every month without any connection. So you are requested to look into matter and do the justice
