Respected Sir, my wife is an account holder bearing no.S24GC116084X at City S/D UHBVN Ganaur. Reading for the period 07/11/2017 to 07/01/2018 was taken wrong which I got corrected from City S/D Ganaur and reflected in forthcoming bill. Again reading for period 07/01/2018 to 07/03/2018 was taken wrong which again i had to get corrected from the Sub Division. The correction was reflected in forthcoming bills.

It is painful that third time also from 07/03/2018 to 07/05/2018 the reading has been taken wrongly. However, every time the City Sub Division was extremely cooperative in resolving my grievances.

Sir I am posted at Safidon and getting correction the bill takes reasonable procedural time. I had to suffer mentally a lot due to functioning of this agency. May I request to kindly take a suitable action against the billing agency and Rs.50000/- may kindly be got compensation
