I HAVE PURCHASED SONY BRAVIA 40 INCH LED HD TV FROM SHOPCLUES VIA ORDER# 94503893 AND RECEIVED THE ORDER ON 13/07/2016. ON SAME DAY I LOGGED COMPLAINT ON SHOPCLUES ABOUT MATERIAL RECEIVED IN DEFECTIVE CONDITION (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) ON THE SAME DAY. BUT NOW IT IS ALMOST 2 WEEKS, THE DEFECTIVE TV IS STILL WITH ME, AND SHOPCLUES PEOPLE STILL SAYING THE MATTER IS UNDER PROCESS. THEY NEITHER PROCESSED YET FOR REPLACEMENT NOT FOR REFUND. PLEASE HELP.
