I have bought a kitchen sink ( make : blueford) from sigma tiles and ceramics, mahe in december 2022. After some days of using it i found water coming out from two parts of the sink. As i was very busy at that time due to the hospitalisation and subsequent pace maker implantation of my father in law, i managed the problem by placing a tray underneath. In february 2023 i found the same model of kitchen sink in another house and checked its connections. Then i realised that about 4 or 5 pieces of outlet pipes were not delivered to me. I checked the remains of package again and found that there is one a piece there which is not connected to the sink. I checked the sink again and understood that this one is an extra piece which actually should not be there. That is the shop has failed to deliver some necessary outlet pipes and instead given me an unnecessary extra piece. I contacted the shop via whatsapp and in person, but they are not ready to give me the outlet pipes. They ask me to pay if i want the spares. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.
