Penkraft Pvt. Ltd, offered franchise for master art center in Coimbatore which I wanted to start in May 2023, but Penkraft insisted that payment of 2lakhs should be made to start with trainings whoch will be provided for 10 art skills, after taking 4 trainings which otherwise costs 10K per subject decided not to go ahead as the training quality was not good. Requested to return my money in April as the agreement was not signed but Penkraft insists I cannot go back in the deal and I can start franchisee later which I do not have any plans. Now they don't respond to any of my queries please help
