No repair of faulty AC unit

I have been raising complaint requests since April, 2021 to fix my faulty AC which I had purchased brand new in November, 2020.
Being in the warranty period, I am eligible to obtain free service, repair and replacement of faulty parts. However, the seller has not taken proper initiative to get my complaint resolved. Since April, around 11 requests have been raised and the only visit from a technician occurred in September, 2021.

The technician said they are awaiting parts and will do the needful after the arrival of the same but nearing a month later now, no news has been received regarding this. (Latest Service Request #4331671140)

Additionally, when calling the Customer Care, they are very unprofessional and behave very rudely. The technicians have called me and have shouted at me for raising multiple requests for the same issue (keep in mind that these requests were created by Customer Care when I call to follow-up on my existing case).

The mental abuse inflicted has deeply affected my day-to-day life and the malfunctioning AC unit has led to many nights of disturbed sleep for my parents.

I am sure a customer is not to be treated in such a rash manner in this day and age and some relief would be available to me under the Consumer Protection Act.
