Sir/Madam,
I have subscribed services and I am regularly paying for connectivity. However when I complained about not receiving services of only free channels eg: loksabha & rajyasabha,the customer service did some basic trouble setting then told me that it can be fixed only by technician for which they will charge me money. I asked why should that be because I'm paying for services hence should get continuious service, they hung up the call. This happened more than once. Please advice.
