I have ordered a blue jeans from www.tatacliq.com and my Order Id is 100014322 and I got the jeans on 17 June, 2016 after paying Rs 999.0 in cash. The product was not same as shown on the website so I started a return request on their website and there person took that jeans from me on 20th June 2016. Now I have been calling them from last 24 days and still I have not received my return. I have wasted 500 rupees while calling them and everytime they say wait for 3-4 days, when I call them asking for my refund, they say it is still in process. Still I have not received my refund. They just say we are sorry for inconvinience and dont provide any resolution. Please help me.

Order returned back to seller on 21-7-16 R000010704388 via gojavas.com but still i haven't received any amount in my credit card. Order was returned on 21-7-16 and today is 07-8-16
