Complaint against Box8 for unethical behaviour and fraud

I had placed an order for food in Box8 around 4.30pm and made payment online. After around 40 to 50 minutes when my order was in delivery state I received a call from delivery boy. When i was explaining my street landmark he asked me address again . Then he says my address don't fall under his service area hence he will transfer the order to other delivery person nearby and my order will be delivered in another 20min.
After an hour of no response I called him back with my registered number. First two calls he didn't respond then later he started to cut my call. I tried to call customer care but got no response there also. I called delivery boy again from other number then he received and when i enquired about what happened he transferred call to his manager. I asked manager what happened then he started asking about address of mine but then he says he cancelled the order as the address of mine doesn't have any Box8 stores nearby. I asked him why didn't they inform me earlier and why they cut my call when i called from registered number. He stared telling he isn't responsible for this call customer care. I said him i am unable to connect to customer care on repeated request of mine he gave me some other number to talk to.
When I called the new number a person received and I narrated him the whole story but then he said that the delivery boy tried to contact me but my number was not reachable or I dint receive the call. I was shocked to hear this because when I myself approached the delivery boy after about more than 1.5 hours of wait he didn't even receive my call and also cut my call how can he lie that he called me. I asked this person to get him on conference to justify his lie but the this person abruptly cut the call.
I tried calling customer care again after repeated attempts finally i was able to talk to an executive and then again i narrated the whole story to her. She said she would give me a call back but till now no one turned up.
Neither in my Box8 account the order is marked as cancelled and no news about my refund or the mental torture I have gone through waiting for food and to hear insane lies.


Now when i see my account in (box8) i dont see the past order history in my account, all relevant order details are being removed from my Box8 site. But, I have all confirmation mails, amount paid mails and sms's also the call history to whom ever person's i spoke to.

    I want to know the status of my complain, I had posted the complain day before yesterday, till now i have not received any communication. Hence i want to know the minimum time required for resolution, is the company Box8 being contacted??

    Box8 people should be ashamed of themselves for cheating and fraud.. i wish someone kill them for their torture on normal customers.. Anshul Gupta .. Amit Raj...... close down your fucking business
