Good afternoon sir,
Myself Nisha P(Order ID - OD330943723553618100), I ordered Blue star AC 1.5 ton from Flipkart and I received at 13th April 2024 then 15th April Blue star technician came for installation while installing they broken copper tube so that day night with new copper tube they fixed that day night itself my ac started to show L3 Error 16th April they said it's due to loose connection of outdoor fan because of junior technician may be it happens we repaired it so it will be alright like that they said then again it's started to show the same so I raised ticket from online 18th April senior technician came he said again it's started to show L3 error that is defective one go for replacement like that 19th April in tamilnadu loksabha election happened so as am a central government employee I went my hometown for election and when I came back I turned on ac then I came to know it's a detective one so I called Flipkart customer care they said your replacement window completed you are calling 2 hrs delay 20th April your replacement time completed now time 21st night around 1.30AM so you go with bluestar team then that day Sunday so blue star service centre is closed so today I directly went into bluestar service office they declined to give new one because of online purchase from Flipkart. If u purchase from shop we can give another one immediately now we can't provide it will take more than 10 days you can ask where you purchased . Because of medical treatment for my father I purchased AC but because of purchasing from Flipkart, bluestar team declined to give new one so am requesting to provide replacement or refund for my AC ASAP
