Nerolac paint getting faded within 3 months

I have painted my new house with Nerolac paint in December'22 and did the house warming. Now i could see the paint is gettibg faded in some places all over the house. I have raised this complaint in April and still getting no support from the company.
After lodging the complaint, Nerolac representative called the next day and visited the site on the subsequent day. Inspected the site and took photographs on the paint faded areas and promised that he will bring the painter and material to fix the issues within a week as it is pending with Nerolac corporate office - Mumbai for approval.
After multiple followups, we were getting the same response that it is pending with the head office for approval. Even i got a response that, since the complaint launced to head office it is getting delayed. If it is with chennai office, it would have been sorted immediately.
Since I lodged a complaint, It's more than 5 months now, it is still pending. Even government offices respond faster than this.
During the initial stages, company representative gave a lot of promises and support. when it comes to service, it is full of disappointments to the customer. Seems money is the only goal for the company.
For us, we wanted the service for the money I have paid. I never took any discount from your company.
After further followup email, I got a call from chennai Area sales manager and sales person Rajadurai(7550102366) two months back on the same and issue still not addressed.
I am not sure what else I need to do as a customer. Hoping to get some positive response and action at least this time.
