This is a complain on a Agency named Bluechip International head office in Banglore and in Chennai. They are all very big nasty. They are blood suckers. The owner Mubin taj told me a price to send me to USA in student visa when they had very few candidates then later her husband took twice the money from me and took 2+ years to get after all a student visa which can get easily in 3 weeks. There is an another person named Vinoth working in chennai office, talks nicely and until we pay them, later he always says us to talk to the head office if you have any concerns.
Here i have briefly illustrated how the fees structure was made by them: Initial 1,50,000 for the process, 85,000 to get a bank statement saying that you have Rs. 12,000,000 in your account for education purpose. this statement has to be submitted in the college to start the process.
Then Visa fees 13,000, SEVIS fees 20,000, then they will make you to wait for an year, in my case more than 2 year, mean while they will just say you to take all English courses and English exams like IELTS/ TOFEL….
After long time they will take another 85,000 for another bank statement before sending you to visa interview saying that the old statement is expired. then another 85,000 to pay to their vendor name Abbie.
He get the documents done from the college who is the agent between bluechip and college. bluechip suppose to pay their vendor but seeing me from a good background, but they made me to pay the money. then many charges in between for couriers back and forth to US.
After waiting more than 2 and half years, 1 week before college opening, they lost my document from US and again made me to wait for 4 more months.
I took my own ticket to come here. I am in USA now after spending 4.5 lakhs with bluechip. I realized it takes only just 35,000 rupees for the whole process including visa(13,000), Sevis(12,000), statement(5000) without flight ticket.
They charged me 4.5 lakhs. Please somebody some good heart put them in jail for at least 20 years.
