Dear Sir,
I refer your above dated mail sent to me on 18.06.2016.
In fact, I have sent my first mail on 11.03.2015 at 2:34 PM and many mails sent after that without any proper response from your company.
All the mails contained proper photographs and your technical support team have not taken anything for evaluation and simply rewriting the work order reason as Physical damage.
I am very much disappointed and for the past 15 months I could not manage to get a proper reply from your end for the below questions
01. In the work order it is been typed Display blank and physical damage how you conclude the cost of the service precisely within two minutes time at the service centre?
02. When I submitted the phone it was on good physical condition and I enquired your service centre technician about the work order he told me that only few reasons prefixed with software can be selected to prepare work order and he assured me not to worry about the reason mentioned.
03. Now only I could realize that the fake work orders reasons used to collect huge service cost by twisting the customer hands why?
04. What kind of a service policy is this? Kindly note that I have sent mail prior to approach your service centre and what about the photographs sent to your Noida office haven’t you see those images?

For my dismay, the service centre technician took two minutes to find the status of my mobile and you took eight days to conclude and copied the words from the work order.
Last 15 months I have waited to get your consent to submit my phone to your service centre.
While submitting my phone to your service centre it was in good working condition and only 50% of the display portion was blinking.
There was no physical damage what so ever with my phone, (please verify the photo sent to you from 11/03/2015 to this date.
If any damage (Physical) happened means that might have happened due to poor handling at your Service centre.
Without analyzing the facts you simply sent a mail in favor to your service centre.
Kindly note this struggle is not to evade service cost and it is against the way in which your service centre (M/s.Multiple mobile care, Coimbatore) handling lava customers.
This practice is totally immoral and cannot be accepted by LAVA customers like me.
I have been constantly in touch with LAVA TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM and my issue till today handled by more than five people and because of this I lost time in each communication.
Expecting your favorable reply.
Note : All the relevant details also sent to your Noida office through speed post and I yet to receive a reply
