This is a complain on a Agency named Bluechip International head office in Banglore.
I have paid 35000 INR for Germen student visa process. But due to some health issue I dropped my plan. They did not return my money When I asked to refund. I informed them don’t start the process beginning itself. Since I follow up with them many times to get my money. It is a fraud and cheating consultant.
