IFB Dishwasher Defective, bought an IFB dishwasher on 31.7.15 from Girias,Coimbatore

I had bought an IFB dishwasher (NEPTUNE-BI, SN: 04635544001157970048) on 31.7.15 from Girias,Coimbatore for Rs. 41800. I got the product on 5th August'15. Immediately on receiving, when the local technician came to install the machine, he found some fault in the machine as the water was not draining after washing. He found a pump inside which was broken and told me due to the transport, the product got damaged. Then it took one whole month from IFB to send a senior technician and he repaired it somehow by applying some quick fix or so and he guaranteed me there would be no issues in future. I had asked that senior technician to replace the machine at that time itself, but he assured me that there it wont give any trouble.

Now, on 29th June'17, the same problem persists that the water is not draining. I called the same local IFB technician who first came to install the machine initially, and he told me that 2 yrs back there was this problem initially, again same problem has come. He told me he will ask for the part to be changed from IFB. He calls me today i.e. 17.7.17 that the manager says that, that part is irreparable & irreplaceable. This local person is helping me somehow by advising that I can raise this issue to all higher levels.

I strictly want to register a complaint that either you REPAIR my IFB machine or you have to REPLACE this machine with a new one as this machine has been having issues from the first day of buying. This machine is still under warranty. And the manual says correctly that ' It warrants to the original purchaser that it is free from defects in workmanship & materials and covers 24 hours from the date of purchase........................................" . When the machine comes as the most defective itself, then it definitely comes under this clause to be replaced by the seller anyhow.

Waiting for the precise and immediate reply from IFB. I will go from all pillars to post to escalate this issue to the most highest level. We are customers whose money has been invested in IFB products, so they can't take us for granted whatsoever.
