I paid 70.000 rupees in advance to the Susmita enterprise for the construction material to build a house under the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme (PMAY) in January 2020. Despite repeated requests, he did not give me any material. After a long time it was decided (on 20-06-2020) that he would refund the full amount In two instalments on 28-062020 and 05-07-2020. Still I haven't yet received my full refund. I am being insulted oftentimes by the Gram panchayat for not being able to build a house. This is why me and my family are being forced to live in the house damaged by cyclone Amphan at the risk of our lives. So, the amount of my loss is incomparable. Also due to not being able to build a house, I deprived of the next 76.000 rupees under the PMAY Scheme. So The amount of my loss is huge.
