Reviewmaza High Flow Washable Prefilter with UF ON 17 JULY AND SALLER REVIEW MAZA AND ORDER ID 402-9244514-4878713.
i sent cancellation request form 19/07/18.
But it reached my nearest deliver center and out for delivery from 23/07/2018 .
It has been 4 days now I refused to accept my product .. I Don't want this product because I ordered same product with and other company.
Amazon attempt to deliver product 3 time then it returns to sallers. And coustomer got his refund. Acoding to Amazon customer care executive ..
But my order is attempt 4th time .
I wait for last 4 days . To got my refund ..
But again and again it reattempt to deliver to my address and Amazon app shows that my Oder not delivered due to held for payment.
But I already paid for this product.on Amazon.
But In Ecom express website it Clearly mentioned that delivery attempt but customer refused to accept it.
And also when I going to check status via SMS link that sent Amazon .. I show my product was Cod/Pod but i already pay for it.
(IT also show from last 4 day, today also show same thing, every day i gonna complain about this your Customer Service Executive told just ignore it we escalate this issue wait next time they not attempt delivery they sent it back " can they really escalate my issue if they do so why my issue not resolve still date. )
(it has been 7 day's now i create cancellation request but no action taken is that's your company's service. how many time a customer need to contact amazon to resolve one issue.. i try to contact amazon every possible away though - Chat , call , email)
(I am sure ecom express re attempt delivery again .. as i previously moncton on 24/07/2018 by email. Ecom express confirming me they not return any prepaid parcel until they not receive any cancelaction mail from shopping portal in this case "Amazon.in" . And they also confirm me that they have not received any cancellation request still date from shopping portal for my order )
Also I attached my all screen shot of my product .. updateds.
When I last time contact cs-replayamazon.in (24/07/2018)
They assured me it will return to seller.
When it in Shipment I got my refund.
But Still date it not in Shipment to back the seller .
Plz do need full to get my refund
