We purchased Butterfly Chimney in april 2019 and after the very first use, it stopped working. Hence raised complaint on May 14th with number B19051401297 and for the past 2 months, we didn't receive the solution yet. We tried reaching local agent, at district level and even at AP level. All our effort went in vein. How many times we call, they always say waiting for spare part. We demanded new product to be replaced whole together but again no response. We are seriously disappointed with the company and highly seeking a solution.
