I used to have 2 accounts on bigbasket with email id [email protected] [email protected],i didn't know earlier that one person can have only one account,i ordered few things from their app with quantity which was permissible,if something is not.permissible,they do capping,means we cannot order a particular thing which has set a limit,,
I ordered 2 orders,they cancelled the orders and blocked the account and amount was returned to BB WALLET,and told me that amount can't be refunded as the amount is in BBWALLET,
I asked them 4 times including on twitter,calls,email that I purchased that cards,i didn't get free of cost,so how can they not refund my amount,first 3 times they told me its impossible,them 4th time when I spoke to their higher authority ,they said they will look into this,next day they called me and said that I will have to submit ID Proof so that they can refund amount,and to scare me they said on next call that address should be same as on delivery address in BB ACCOUNT,i have the recording also,even after submitting the ID proof with same address,again I received a mail that they cannot refund the money bcoz it was a gift card,again and again I am asking whether this card was free of cost?again and again I am tell that I purchased that card ,
What I am saying is just refund my amount which is 12000+,that's all
