I have purchased a duplex house in 200 Sqyds (Plot No. 128) in a venture at Patel guda , Patancheru, vide Defence Employees Mutually Aided Co-operative Housing Society ( Reg. No. AMC/MDK/DCO/2004/166).
As per agreement, society is supposed to handover the house before 30 Sep 2016 including extension period. But, till now , they are neither completed my house nor handed over the house. I am facing a lot of financial crisis. I am paying interest to Housing loan without availing house possession and house rent becomes an additional burden to me.
I need the possession of my house at the earliest and compensation towards house rent loss, delay of services and mental agony.
