I have applied for internet connection with act fibernet in warangal, I did submit my ID proof, paid advance internt charges along with the installation charges, however even aftery registration and approval of connection they didn't install internet connection for 10 days, I got tired of their pathetic customer service and applied for disconnection on 3rd of may. It's 14 may now and I still haven't got any response yet
