I bought a Honda Activa 5G on January 1 ,2019. I claimed my insurance on May 6,2019 (Monday) as the scooter was damaged . The service boy told me to give it back by 11 May 2019 (saturday) but returned my Activa on 20 may 2019.
As I checked the body of the vehicle the body was not painted properly and the sticker of 5G was missing from one side , as we complained about late delivery of the vehicle to the manager then he told us the we can't do anything in this . Then we again left our vehicle in agency for repaint then again a spot was left unpainted,I told this to the service boy and the gate keeper as the service manager was late on that day, I clicked a photo of the spot in front of them they replied me that it will be alright when the vehicle will be left for rubbing but when I left the vehicle for rubbing it was not corrected and they not pasted the sticker still now as the vehicle was left for rubbing on 18 June 2019 .
Whenever I ask them for sticker they reply that it is not available as the spare parts has not came yet and say that you come next week you come after 3-4days it will be pasted . When The bill for the insurance claim was made the first thing was the labour charge.
The agency has been troubling me for more than a month . And whenever I call them they talk very rudely to me and cut the phone without repling me . They need the money before the work only .
