DTDC EXPRESS LIMITED COMPLAINT AGAINST COURIER NOT DELIVERED

It is submitted that a courier has been booked by m/s lumatex india private limited, 552-c, barhi industrial area, phase-ii, hsiidc, sonipat, haryana from dtdc express limited having docket no. z75890800 on 06th oct, 2018. this courier contains documents worth of Rs. 12 Lacs approx.
It was booked to delivered to miss Gunjan Dhamija at address m/s Perfect Exims, office no. 101, 1st floor, sco-100, tau devi lal complex, g.t. road, Panipat-132103, haryana.
But when we did not received the courier till 8th oct.,2018 we tracked the status online. it was blank and doesn’t showing any status. then we contacted dtdc express limited office gannaur, sonipat (where it was booked) and inform them about the same. they asked us to wait for some time.
on next day i.e. on 9th oct., 2018 when we track online status it shows that it was booked at panipat and delivered at panipat on same day. (copy is attached) but we (receiver) didn’t received the courier as it was not delivered to our address.
then afterward we contacted dtdc branch office gannaur, sonipat and asks them to provide the detail of receiver who has signed the receiving slip. They gave us the receiving slip which was duly signed but not signed by us. On slip only signatures were made. No other details like mobile no., company stamp or timing of signature was mentioned on it. hence from above it was cleared that someone has made forged signature on receiving slip (receiving slip is attached with this letter).
Then we move to dtdc branch office red light chowk, panipat and from them we got to know that receiving slip was signed by one of their employee. hence it is cleared that dtdc express limited gannaur branch or panipat branch has misplaced our courier and make fraud by making forged signature. it is again inform you that this courier contains documents worth rs. 12 lac (approx).
hence we want compensation of lost of license amount along with interest thereon from dtdc express limited.
