I had got a problem with my cell Phone Nokia N-6 at 9:00 am morning on 04.05.2019. I had called at Nokia karnal Service Centre located at SCO 152, First Floor, Mughal Canal, Karnal-132001. They said within 3-4 Days our phone will be repaired. We called them on 07.05.2019 but they told that It will take atleast More One Week. On 12.05.2019 and 14.05.2019 we visited the Service Centre again and found that They had prepared the Job work sheet on 07.05.2019. Really shocking that they had prepared the Job Work Sheet after 3 Days. They replied that we prepare Two Job Work Sheet one Manually which is already prepared on 04.05.2019 and further said One part Sub Board is damaged and at least One Week will be taken for phone repair. On 15.05.2019 they said we have availability at our panipat branch office. They told that we will return the same on or before 5:00 pm after repair it. But today they are saying Mother Board is also damaged. Nothing about Mother Board is mentioned on JobSheet No. 400433527/190507/004.
As per my knowledge I am sure Staff of Service Centre has damaged the Cell Phone.
