My Cell Phone was not working properly on 04.05.2019.It was dead. On the same day We had call the Nokia Customer Care centre located at SCO 152, Mugal Canal Karnal. Initially They told us that An Expense of Rs. 400 would be there. We said ok but later on they said No the Expense would be Rs. 800/-. We said ok. On 14.05.2019 we visited the Customer Care office and asked for the Phone they said at least One More Week will be taken. But I was shocked to see the Job Sheet was of 07.05.2019. I asked that I had register the complaint on 04.05.2019 why it is on 07.05.2019. They started lying that they also prepare manual job sheet. Now on 15.05.2019 they had told that Today Evening our phone will be repaired as they had got the Part Subboard in Panipat Service Centre. At 3:00 Pm they called me and said the Expenses would be aprox 70% of Cell Phone Market price. I said why they said Mother Board of Cell Phone is also damaged. I think they had damaged by phone earlier Now they are escaping their mistake.
