Hon'ble Sir,
I purchased 12 Whirlpool Company Air conditioners from Modern Electronics, Mata Chogan Chowk, Bahadurgarh.
I gave advance cheque of Rs.360000/- (Rs.200000 dated 15/0/2018+Rs.160000 dated 07/07/2018).
M/s Modern Electronics did not gave me bill immediately. As he did not make all ACs functional even after many complaints, I insisted for GST Bill. Ultimately Agency gave me the GST Bill (Hand written).Mr Rinku was representing M/s modern electronics told me that they are authorised service centre of whirlpool. I multiple times called him to make air conditioners functional but agency did not responded. They just informed that parts have been requested from company and it will take time. For last about one month Mr. Rinku stopped picking my phone. I insisted for the Bill having serial no. of Air conditioners but agency failed to provide the detailed bill. I noted down the Serial No. of Inner Unit and complaint online to the Whirlpool company. Whirlpool Technician came today and took the copy of Bill and serial No. details noted by me. whirlpool service provider informed that the inner units are from Whirlpool company but external units are not. That means M/s Modern Electronics have installed duplicate external units. Seven out of 12 ACs were never made functional. Modern Electronics has committed a fraud.
Now it is prayed that Hon'ble Consumer Court may please get my Amount of Rs.360000/- (Three Lakh Sixty Thousand only)refunded from M/s Modern electronics at the earliest.
