Flipkart return request, I raise a return request for the delivered laptop

I ordered a laptop on 14 October 2018.That is delivered to me on 23rd October 2018.On 24 October next day of delivery.I raise a return request for the delivered laptop because the specs of that laptop are different from the laptop shown on Flipkart.The CD/DVD writer is missing in the delivered product but shown in images & specs on flipkart.The promised date for resolution for my return request is 27 October 2018.But on 27 October 2018 my return request was cancelled and the reason for cancellation is that the seller is not able to fulfil your request on 27 October 2018. I again raise a return request and that request was again closed by Flipkart on 31 October 2018.Then I call Flipkart customer care center and again raise a request on 31 October.The Flipkart seniors promise me to provide resolution before 3Nov 2018.And I wait for 3 Nov 2018.But on 3 November 2018 my request closed again and the reason for cancellation is same as others.That the seller is unable to fulfil your request.My return policy period was ended on 2 November 2018.And I am not able to return my product.Then I call National Consumer Helpline and complaint against Flipkart about my issue and they tell me that your complaint is filed and you get your resolution as soon as possible from Flipkart and tell me to inform Flipkart about this.My complaint no. on National Consumer Helpline is 994926.
