hello sir ,
sir , humne 2-5-2018 ko voltas company ka 1.5 tan ka split ac lagvaya tha .jo ki jab se laga h tab se vo proper work nahi kar raha h . customer care pe call karke vo uski service kar jate h but after few days of service we face same problem . there is no proper coolling and leakage of water from the ac . we talk to the manager of the customer care but they always assured us and said sir you dont worry we fix the problem and u cant face the problem any more .last few couple of days we again face the problem of leakage and no proper cooling . we raised the compalint and they came and try to fix the problem but they cant fixed it and we call the manager to the customer care in front of there service boy and they told us that the service boy came with in two days and fix the problem and change the tray to solve the problem of leakage . but at this time no one came and we are unable to use the ac . sir we are fade up with the service and the product . i am requesting to the hon'able court please provide me the proper compensation in this .and help me to whether they change the ac and provide me the new one or they pay my all my money which i spend on the purchase of this product.please take the immediate action aginst the company and the customer care .do the proper justice with me .i along with the compliant attach the copy of the bill.
