No refund or response even after sending a legal notice - Miss India Quintessential / Zeal Enterpriz

Through online advertisement on Instagram, I saw a post of Miss Quintessential India taking auditions for Miss Rajasthan. When I opened the link there was a form asking for general information, I filled it and forgot about it. A Week later I get a call from the team of Miss Quint. asking to send more pictures on whatsapp. I did. I get a call from the team agin saying that I have been shortlisted for the participation in state pageant, and will need to pay the retain-ship fee (25,000 INR) for the grooming sessions, professional portfolio & editorial shoots and for a couple of stay in Bhairav Garh resort. I clearly said no to paying money and and told them I wont be participating due to that reason. Two days later I get one more call from the team saying that they can sponsor me with 15,000 INR & I only have to pay 10,000 (though I wont be staying in hotel and will do up and down from Udaipur to Bhairav Garh for sessions and final round). All this was supposed to be confidential from the other participants. I asked if they’re inclusive of all women because I’m a Transwoman & on hormones replacement therapy that is part of medically transitioning. I do not want this to be an issue or news when I appear for the pageant rounds. The guy on the phone (From miss quint. team) said it is a no issue, just transfer us the money as soon as possible. I was okay with the offer so I accepted.I received a mail with all the required information including bank details where I was supposed to transfer the money. I did accordingly and also took the screenshot and mailed it to them. Saying I will keep the information confidential.
The sessions were supposed to begin from 25th February 2019, morning 9am. But I had my entrance exam on 24th february in Ahmedabad, all my friends wanted me stay because there were going to be some functions and friends get together plans but I skipped them all and managed everything in hurry and left Ahmedabad in the night. I arrived in the early morning of 25th February in udaipur, I called Nishee stephens form the team of Miss Quint. at 6am asking about the start of the sessions and to ask the correct address of the venue, but what I heard in response left me awe-struck; due to some reasons the venue has changed and now it will take place in Jaipur, the session begins from 9am. Frustrated i called them out on unprofessionalism and for not even informing me about this earlier , and asked for repayment of my money, they said that the refund will be done and there won’t be any issues regarding that. but they also suggested me to come to Jaipur instead and be part of the show, the stay will be taken care of, i was very disappointment and didn't want to participate anymore but because I had already paid, I thought maybe i should, but miss stephens says that I’ll have to carry the documents that tells I have been through the sex reassignment operation. I was extremely angry at their such invasion of my privacy and told them that after hearing this requirement i have absolutely no interest in participating in the pageant. I said that I had already told the member of your team about every detail of me then how dare the to assumes anything. It looked like they had no knowledge or understanding about Trans Identity and went ahead with the registration without clearing their doubts. She said that without any trouble the payment will be done.
I sent her the details of my sister's bank account just after that call.
three days later i inquire about my payment but they said their team is busy and will issue the payment after two days.
this thing kept on repeating after day after day after day after day or so. They kept on saying that the payment will be done on next monday, next friday, next wednesday and I’m still waiting for it.
I was also talked very very rudely by the member of the team for not being patient. IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT EVEN UPDATING ME ON CHANGES OF THE VENUE AND PROGRAMMES.
In my last conversation the payment was supposed to be refunded on 31st of march but it did not happen.
I was not able to travel, buy many necessary things because my money was stuck with them. i'm suffering through sleepless nights and anxious days due to this reason.
