New air cooler not working, maharaja white line blizzard 50 cooler

Hello Sir,
I purchased a maharaja white line blizzard 50 cooler on 05June 2017 from Reliance digital Ambience mall gurgaon. The product was delivered next day on 06June2017. The product was supposed to be delivered by 4:30-5:00 pm. However the delivering agent calls and says the product will be delivered by 2:30 and he is coming in 15 mins and because of which we had to rush back home from office in this hot climate. He said either you take the product in this time or he will leave it at my address. This is how your service is.
Now second part, I check the product in evening and guess what the product is not working. The fans are not rotating. Then we call customer care which said that the service representative is busy and you are in queue. Then we had to run back again to Ambience mall second time spending again in auto in this hot weather wasting our time and money. After giving complain in the Reliance digital outlet in Ambience the person (Rajeev) said the technician will come tomorrow and check the product. If its working then he will repair it or replace it.
Is there no quality check before delivering a product. And if a product is faulty why there is no prompt service and the person has to suffer so many days because of your fault. You have caused us a great deal of waste in time and money. Today is 8th June 2017 and no repair person has arrived. What kind of game you people are playing. This is a new product and not working still you are not giving any service.
Kindly have the product replaced immediately. We do not have time to wait in this hot weather so that your engineers would repair and then replace.
