I have book online a phone from naptol dated on 24 Dec-2018 and i have received this phone 26-Dec- 2018 and i check this phone but battery is missing in this phone. Than i am call to naptol he is send me one battery dated on 1-jan-19 than i am use this battery in my phone but my phone not start than i am again call in naptol as per telephonic discussion i am going to his tyiup service center Chanakya Technology Sanjay Complex, Jayendra Ganj Gwalior, There i meet Mr Dinesh Yadav he check this battery. He is say me battery all ready dad than i am calling agian in naptol than this company send me again one more battery but this time problem as it is this battery all ready dad i am again call in naptol than according to company i am going again service center and submit both battery dated on 7th jan 2019 and Mr Dinesh Yadav tall me he is arrange battery after 10 days but till now he is cant arrange batteries i am calling continue naptol but this company technical person cant arrange battery and service center also cant do any thing. Sir i am pay 4400 Rs for this phone but till now my phone is switch off i am search this phone battery all in market but this phone battery is not available any mobile store. Than after all i am fully depend of service center and naptol company but both are not give me a proper solution this problem. Than i want to replace my phone with new one Or Return my payment.
