Myntra issued fake gift cards worth

I had ordered 2 Gift cards from Myntra.com on 15th August. Just after ordering, when I checked, was getting error as
"Gift Card has already been added". I made a complaint then and Myntra customer support told they would resolve in next 24 to 48 hours. Then after 2 days, someone from support called that they will resolve by 19th August. But still nothing has been done regarding this. Here are card numbers for reference: 6001220033644654, 6001220031549590. Already reached out to support so many times and there is no support whatsoever and myntra is giving just fake promises. They are literally making me beg for resolving the issue when clearly they are at fault. Also to highlight, there are multiple similar issues reported on myntra.com . Not sure if they are cheating in broad day light or an issue with the app, but this is so sad and depressing to ask for refund when clearly they are cheating me. Seeking your help. This is hard earned money and they have no right to play with customers like this. Seeking your earnest help here.
