I ordered a tshirt on 22 jan for ₹227 and returned it on 1st feb. The seller says that he refunded me on the same day and i should have received the refund by 9th feb. But i did not receive any refund at all. I furnished my bank statement and every other detail Flipkart asked me. Now the customer executive is telling me that it's not their fault but my bank's fault.
The amount is small but it's more about trust. If they do not refund small amounts, how do i expect them to refund me when i want to place a bigger order. The order id is OD120811417144416000
