Marq/Flipkart Not providing services under warranty

Dear sir.
I purchased a Marq product from Flipkart, after getting this product I am facing the problem that it's not working properly after that I contacted many times and created many tickets to get serviced of this product.
Firstly the engineer Mr. Ashish Verma 9696021143 visited and informed me that this product can't be repaired and serviced.
After that he is not picking up the phone and also not visiting for complaint.
I registered many complaints and got closed without any response.
