We purchased Hyundai Xcent Reg. No
RJ-14-QC-3012. Chassis no-MALA841CLGM191618 , engine no:-
G4LAGM079747 ,owner name:- Rajesh ganeriwal from PL motors
,Rajapark,Jaipur,everything was sailing smooth till
02-06-2018 when i faced live threatening accident and
Hyundai Xcent's airbags which is the ''utmost crucial safety
feature'' in the car malfunctioned due to which i faced
serious mental and physical trauma.

The incident happened on 02-06-2018 in
the morning 9.30-10 am,I was waiting patiently for my turn
at Tatiyawas Toll Plaza between Jaipur and Chomu,3-4 cars we
ahead in queue.Suddenly a high speed school bus collided
into my car from behind and crushed it till half.The
impact was so high that the 3-4 cars in front of me felt
the chain reaction of the impact and the immediate car which
was in front of me was also crushed from behind from my
car’s high impact.I became unconscious for some time due
to severe internal injuries .The incident is all over the
Press.I felt this high degree of shock because your esteemed
car’s Airbags were not deployed at all.Had the Airbags of
the car were deployed at the time of accident i would not
have gone through this severe shock, Due to which i am
suffering huge Personal as well as Professional loss as I
am unable to go along with my routine life.

    Dear Team Hyundai,

    Please note, I met a dangerous accident on Samraddhi Highway, Aurangabad on dated 14th November '23.

    Accident happened due to tyre burst suddenly on highway and car was uncontrolable and hit the devider (corner on highway). Now car is at Bhuvan Motors Aurangabad. You can contact to Bhuvan motors for any further enquiry..car is with them now.

    Car airbag not opened due to my right hand Color bone broken and left eye deep cut happened.. My mother in law is seriously enjured not able to move still..

    Now we are hospitalised at Medicure Hospital, Aurangabad..


    I called to Hyundai customer care for logging a customer complaints for AIR BAGS not opened but MR BHAVISHYA THAKUR simply pass time and not registered the complaint nor helps us.. He was asking for last service center but my question is airbag is in build feature in car and no body did servicing of airbag.. Then Mr Bhavishya Thakur connected my call to one person who told me there is one sensor if it's pressed then only airbag opened... I told both of them I am not mechanical engineer....i am a customer and my life was on stag..

    I would say your customer complaint desk is totally harassing to customer.. Which is not acceptable. They behaviour totally unprofessional and unethical..


    Hyundai is a professional company and I love Hyundai but this is the incident my trust totally gone.. And in future I never trust Hyundai..

    My and my family life was under risk since last 5 years while I was driving the Hyundai car... Now I wants to register to a customer complaints and make a legal case against Hyundai..
