I have ordered fossil men navy chronograph watch CH3039I on myntra on 22 Aug 2018 but I have received a different product and I have placed a return request (return no:225051057)but the pickup partner refuse to take a product as it is different product. I had been complaint to customer care regarding receiving a wrong product 0n 26 Aug 2018 and even they said my complaint has been approved but the delivery partner is saying they didn't receive any email regarding the wrong product which I have received and amount of the product and even I didn't get any positive respond from myntra customer care regsrding my return of the product.so i do believe that my problem will be solved as soon as possible and make myntra team to pick my product and not to repeat the same problem again with other customer and refund my amount.Amount should be refund by myntra is 9995
