Poor response, frequently cut cable connection without giving notice. In jul 2020 . I paid 2months cable fees but, they adjusted it to my last due which I had never before as I am paying my bill ever month before and now.

It's amount to harassment and mental torture keeping in mind of Covid 19. I am sending my account statement of July month in .jpg. also submmiting my id- 01181355 and name- Aditya Narayan Tripathy. So , please do the needful. They are not responding freindly but also not smoothly listening our issue. As they are only saying it's your last due but my knowledge I always paid my due in time and also it's pertaining to mentioned that during my taking new connection, I submitted the previous slip to this Berhampur office, where they not mentioned any past due

Also , I am confident from my side I gave my all due there before taking the new connection.
