As from my taking connection , I have never stop my payments. But every month they unauthorizly without notice cutting tv supply for four to ten days but after paying monthly money , they are again connecting it. In this way without seeing half of the time , I am paying full money. Also here important to notice that , I had a ortel account at jeypore, koraput district which after my transferred to Berhampur, I paid all due and take one slip and the same slip I submitted at Berhampur office for new connection. At that time they said nothing, but during lock down time due to Covid, when I tried online payments , I saw my due amounts there for that when I complaint, they said no issue you only pay the present month money..
So in this way , I paid all due month by month. As they are cutting with out notice,I thought to pay an advance month money, so in the month of July , I paid 2 times .. so inorder to avoid frequent cut ..but they adjust the amounts to last due which for my knowledge, I had never had before As at jeypore as well as Berhampur I never hesitate to pay monthly subscription.
In this regard , when I contacted them their response very negative and unfriendly... My ortel tv no. 01181355 and name Aditya n Tripathy...
They tell us , their staff come door to door and collect money..so, for the last 2 years they always taking money from our home but now , they are neither taking money but unauthorizly cutting the same. My view is such habits of harrashment should stoped by them. If they continue the same then , their supply licence should stop , as they are not following the terms and conditions also the conditions mentioned by govt.during Covid 19 situations.
Also their way of answering is not satisfied. So, do the needful. As , frequently their misbehave I am facing mental pressure in my job as I am working far away from Berhampur and my family staying here at Berhampur.
So in this way , I paid all due month by month.
