On 3rd feb 2019 recharged my d2h account no 24264543 for 150rupees and balance was 179rupees and same day i was migrated to new plan as per new TRAI norms but my entire balance was made zero and services stopped for 2days until i recharged again on 5th feb 2019.
Complained against this 6times to their customer care but no refund or response from their side.
