I already have login on HPSEB Online payment portal and before the issuance of new Consumer ID it was working fine and i had been making online payment for quite 3 years, Now after issue of new K No. / these are not getting added on the portal and are not able to make payment in secure manner using my login ID And Password on the Portal.
