Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the continuous power failure exceeding 24 hours at MKG Estate, Kharar–Kurali, and the gross misconduct of the concerned Junior Engineer (JE).
Despite repeated complaints, no restoration work has been initiated. When contacted, the JE deliberately disconnected calls, remained unreachable thereafter, and responded arrogantly by stating, “Aapne jo karna hai wo kar lo,” which reflects negligence, misuse of authority, and harassment of consumers. Repeated attempts to seek assistance via the 1912 helpline have also failed.
I possess call records and documentary evidence of due procedure followed. If power supply is not restored immediately, I will escalate the matter to senior authorities, vigilance, and legal forums.
