Regarding complaint direct supply from main wire

Respected sir,
In area House no-288 lachhman nager Miller ganj nearby lal bhadur Shastri school first left hand side the owner named Vicky do fraud to Punjab electricity board. He takes direct supplies from main wire last 10 years. I complaint to mobile phone number 1912 against it but they no action against it. I think they are involved in this fraud. I also complaint to Kuldeep Singh Complaint Cell on his mobile phone number +91 96461 48018.But he takes no action against him
Now I request you please take action against this fraud.
