Incorrect bill

As I have earlier request to you that my and three others meter’s ( in four meter box ) was tight with in two poll , due to tightness of the both poll , meter reader cannot read the exact reading of the consumption , that is why I received and pay excess amount of the consumption as on average base bill but now today meter reader MR Vivek handover me the bill of Rs 30300/- with old reading 0 and new reading 3432 where as the bill ( witches I paid ) of June 21 and April 21 the old reading was 2583 and 2195 respectively and the new was 0 and 0 in the both bill now I request you kindly send/issue me a new exact bill of my consumption after making necessary adjustments/corrections well in time/ before due date so I can pay my bill well in time As per record maintained in your office My exact bill is from June 20 to August 21 is only for 3432-2591=830 units and I have already paid 4100+4920+7870+5070=21960 which is approximately 15000/- more than the present reading till date as per consumption of my meter so you are requested to please either adjust my this execs payment which I have earlier paid on average basis bill in the next coming bills or refund me cash
