बिजली मीटर लगाने के बाद आज 6 महीने गुजर गए है और अभी तक मेरा बिजली बिल नहीं निकाला जाता है। बिजली विभाग का कहना है कि सबकुछ ठीक है और मीटर रीडर का कुछ और ही कहना है। लेकिन मेरा बिजली यूनिट ऊपर चला जा रहा है और बिल नहीं आ रहा है।
