Electricity fluctuation

Electricity Board Complaint Complaint Date: June 17, 2023
Since last 2&3 weeks there is a lot electricity fluctuation in chaira chas Bokaro, how could a person survive with this fluctuation and go ahead to sleep. I can understand the reason for cut but what's the reason for the fluctuation (coming and going) every one is having a very bad experience and also no one is there to take care of the same. Not for atleast an hour we can expect the electricity to be stable.
