Very poor connection of electricity light comes for 5 to 10 minutes only

I am from dumka telipada station road near Hanuman mandir in my street light connection is very poor there is every where light near my location but in my location light comes for only 5 to 10 min please solve our problem it's very hard to sleep in night

    The light condition of dumka is very bad i never thought that the sub capital of jharkhand dumka 's condition would be worst.. The light condition of jamtara district, deoghar district is far better than dumka..

    I want to pull your attention towards dumkas electricity condition by Ajay:

    We all know that dumka is the sub capital of jharkhand but unfortunately the condition here is reversed because the light condition is very bad .. Per day electricity cut for 3 to 4 hours sometimes 5 to 6 hours... If you are a student and living here then you are in hell because of the light condition.. In night you feel terrible in summer.. The other districts like jamtara deoghar, here the light condition is far better than dumka..
    So please whoever the incharge do us a favour please take a step and make dumka electricity ample..
