Zoomcar.com complain Car broke down and excess payment

I, Purushottam booked zoomcar for 4 days(27th to 31st may,2019.) for which i paid 11,000 rs + 5000 security. When i started my journey from ghaziabad , problem started to come in the car for which i multiple times called customer care about horn than speed pickup but they said speed is restricted upto 80km/hr . So i confused with the non pickup problem of the car.And for other problem they were unable to give support and suggested to contact the local mechanic but they can't see ecosport. I continued my trip and when reached mussorie the car totally stopped . Again i called them but No support were provided. I asked for the alternate vehicle but not able to provide. My family and me stuked in between. I returned their car same day... i paid total 16,000 but used the car just for one day and provided no support in between and now asking more money 4000/-. So total they are asking for 20,000/- . For 1 day.
