I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent cab reservation (Booking ID: 816459), which was not fulfilled as promised.

I had booked a Kanpur to Prayagraj roundtrip and contacted your customer support twice at +91 7777880880 before making the reservation. I clearly informed them that I needed the cab at 6:00 AM sharp on the 10th morning, as I had an important meeting and could not afford any delays. Your support team assured me 100% that the cab would be available on time; otherwise, I would be eligible for a refund in case of failure.

However, after confirming my booking, the assigned driver refused to pick me up and stated that another driver would come, but he did not provide the alternate driver’s details. I contacted your customer support again, and they assured me that new driver details would be shared soon, but till the last moment, no driver was assigned, and no cab arrived on time.

At 6:00 AM, after waiting as much as I could, I had to leave without the cab due to my meeting. When I called your support team again to inform them, they wrongfully blamed me for the cancellation and stated that a cancellation fee would be charged.

I want to make it very clear that this failure was on your end, not mine. I have all call recordings as proof of my conversations with your support team. Since you failed to provide the service as promised, I demand a full refund of my advance payment immediately.
